Our Services
ITC Technology Solution provides computer and electronics repair, diagnostics, data recovery, networking, and related services at our shop in Ontario, California, and through this website. By using our website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and Authorization
We offer free estimates. We will explain the repair options and the estimated cost before work begins, and we will not perform work beyond the approved scope without your authorization. Estimates are based on the symptoms and information available at the time; additional problems found during repair may change the estimate, and we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due when your device is picked up, unless we agree otherwise. Any diagnostic or service fees will be quoted to you before work begins.
Your Responsibilities
- Back up your data. Before bringing in a device, please back up any important files. You are responsible for your data.
- Provide access. If a repair requires a password or access code, you are responsible for providing it, and we recommend changing it after the repair is complete.
- Pick up promptly. Please pick up your device promptly after we notify you that it is ready.
Data Loss
Repair work, including hardware replacement and system recovery, carries a risk of data loss. ITC Technology Solution is not liable for any loss of data, software, or settings, even if we are advised of the possibility. Backing up your data before service is your responsibility.
Warranty
Warranty terms for a repair, if any, are stated on your repair receipt or invoice. Warranty does not cover new damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, or problems caused by software or hardware not supplied by us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITC Technology Solution's total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
